Another giveaway!

Hey again~ Today is our National Day, so I had the day off! =)

So, being bored because my boyfriend is on guard duty, I started playing with clay again~ Those are the results! A French load, a melon-pan, a croissant, and a danish (I think)... This is the first time I'm using pastel on baked clay... Haha~ Glad it worked out... Now wondering if it's a must to glaze these... I still haven't buy any matte glaze, and I don't want shiny bread... Haha~~~ Oh well... I'll leave it first... =)

This time, I've bought some molds from MiniatureSweet!

Anyway, back to the items! I've bought 2 cream and a cupcake base. I can actually make do without the base, but having a mold seriously shorten the time needed to shape the clay~ And, the shop owners have generously given me 2 cute canes for free!

So, anyway, here's a little tutorial that I've come up with, as inspired from Jelly Fish Charms~! (Link to her tut will be given at the end~) It's a simpler version, for the newbs like me out there~

Trying to share some of my old creations... These are all made from air dry clay - namely Hearty Clay mixed with Grace, and then coloured using acrylic paints...

About a month ago, I've won this super awesome set from Jazzi, over at Jazzi Mini's.

Yeap, awesome right!!! I especially love the sofa! And, I've yet to place it in my box room... Reason being: I still haven't got around to building mine >.<

I wanted to put it in my cafe, but the fire place couldn't fit in :x Hahaha~ But I've been having fun placing it on my Ikea box shelf, and using that shelf as a room...  I'll update the photo when I finally have my own box room, or better yet, when I have my own doll house! :)

Intro~~~

Right... I suppose any blogs should start with a self introduction of the blogger...

I'm 22 years old, female, and loves miniatures~

I started this blog super long ago, but after deliberating and delaying, finally just decided to go for it and start posting.

I've only really started playing with miniatures for a year and a half, so I'm really a newbie at this~ What I know, I've really read off the internet as well... I've attended 1 class before, and that's Snowfern's class! I've learned a lot from her, and that's when I decided to create this blog, but since then, I've been busy, and crafting became sort of like a on-again-off-again stress relief...

I made this blog to kinda mark my progress, and make tutorials for myself (I'm SUPER forgetful) so that I won't ever need to hunt high and low for a tutorial I've used before. I will post the credits if they were taken wholesale from another miniturist, and I will write down inspired from who if I made changes on those tutorials.

So, I guess that's that as a first post~! Here's hoping that I will be hardworking and continue this! =)
